  • 1/4 cup radishes (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Creamy Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.

2. Prepare the Taco Filling

  1. Place a generous amount of the smoked salmon and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla.
  2. Drizzle the creamy sauce over the filling.

5. Garnish and Serve

Top each taco with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
